Gary, Only you can make the decision about WHEN to upgrade ..
If you wait until ver 1.09 -- just be aware that the current RU callsign/prefixes mod is strictly for the Refdata -- I do NOT check any of the QSOs .. MOST of the time -- the RU QSOs that you would log would be ok -- just look over the PREFIX column of your logbook for any glaring prefix that looks wrong ...
