Problem resolved. When I extracted the files I put them in a separate folder inside the DXBase2007 folder. It won’t work that way. The files have to be in the DXBase 2007. Mike was nice enough to give me a heads up.

I downloaded the zip file into the DXBase 2007 directory, and extracted the three files. This time when I try to run the file I get a message saying that the file I am trying to copy does not exist.
