Many of you may know about the super severe wx we have had in the Chicago area. Wettest July ever...(no rain expected for today tnx god) and last week, two nights of literally constant lightning strikes. (my wx system measured 68K strikes in my 3 county area)
One of which is the possible cause of my Neal Built Hi Performance machine loosing it's ability to boot up. Neal called me on his dime. Watched my shack cam aimed at the monitor and told me what to do. And I'm back in full operation again. no loss of a single qso.
