Dear Neal,
No, the end time is always the actual UTC time on the machine.
For exemple I log a qso at 7.00 UTC and it is 20.00 on the PC the end time will
be 20.00.

Thanks Jean!

Should the default behavior for the end-time in this case be the same time you
enter as the start time?

I just updated my DXBase version 1.05 to the 1.09 on a PC under Windows 7,64bit
and all seems to function very correctly. Just a little remark relating to
DXBase 2007, when I log a qso not in real time and date the qso automatically
save this qso with the “END TIME” at the time of the PC. In DXBase 2006 this
window is saved with a blank.
Thank you Neal and Joe for the excellent work and the continuation of this
fantastic software.
Best regards,
Jean, ON5JV
