GM Jack, I would recommend that each DXbase2007 user "revert back to the previous UA0 - for the russian prefixes affected" -- by using my refdata 4.35 updater .. I have the very strong feeling that it is going to be a WHILE before anything firm is done WRT this matter (both from the ARRL side and the SRR side)...
