GM Jack,

I would recommend that each DXbase2007 user "revert back to the previous UA0
- for the
russian prefixes affected" -- by using my refdata 4.35 updater .. I have the
very strong feeling
that it is going to be a WHILE before anything firm is done WRT this matter
(both from the
ARRL side and the SRR side)...

FYI to all: my 4.35 ver of my Updater adjusts the Refdata.mdb file (for the
russian prefixes
affect) --- but, each DXbase2007 user will have to (manually) look over their

 R8, R9, RA8-RZ9 and UA8-UI9 (with F, S, T, W or X as the first letter
in the suffix)

contacts (since roughly June 2011) and adjust your logbook mdb file (QSO entry
PREFIX column)
by yourself .. shouldn't be too many QSOs that are in question here ...
