Thanks to everyone, but it still didn't work. It is possible that the old .ini file got overwritten by a new one, but none of the configuration came over. Doing it all manually only took about half an hour.

It will import relevant parts of .ini files from DXB2001 forward. It will also ask if you would like to import the CO files if it finds them. It will only do this for found prior version of DXB2007 or 2006 however. 73 Neal On Tue, Jan 17, 2012 at 12:00 PM, Tony <[email protected]> wrote: Forgot to mention that for the window sizes to work when transferring the dxb2007.ini file, The monitor size/display settings must be the same for both computers. 73 de Tony, KD4K Happy New Year -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Tony Sent: Tuesday, January 17, 2012 11:50 AM To: 'Stan'; 'Dave'; [email protected] Subject: Re: [Dxbase] Install 2007 1.09 To get the colors, fonts etc to transfer, you must move the dxb2007.ini file that resides in The C:\Windows folder. I have downloaded DXBase2007 v. 1.09, but when I start to install I am prompted for a Data Source? Are there instructions somewhere for installing this version, or is it possible to download an earlier version?
