Assuming your observations are correct and part of the summary window info 
updates reliably while the certain fields you mention do not, I have one 
observation but unfortunately, not a suggested solution.

The fields you mention are all heavily math intensive in the code. 
Therefore, it points to a hardware issue somehow involving your math 
processing chips.  Sometimes there is a separate math co-processor, 
sometimes just done on the main CPU.  I cannot think of anything in code 
that could result in the symptoms you describe given that you aren't 
experiencing any indications of a refdata.mdb corruption.  The lat and lon 
info in those database fields must be ok or you would see other issues.  I 
also cannot think of anything in the code impacted that is timing sensitive 
with a faster processor machine, except that radio interfaces could be 
impacted, but you didn't say anthing about radio problems.
