Mike, Back when I upgrade to 2007 from 2006 there was no problems with the templates I used. However, there was a very minor 'got ya!' when I did the update to v.1.09. It had to do with the 'justification' command and was easily fixed, and now that I think of it a minor hic-up with the way some images were presented. If you check back through the archives you will find in detail what I had to do, but the short version was import each template, make the adjustments if necessary, check templates both on screen and print and save.
As for the /root directory I believe that is what is recommend now. The only real reason I put DXBase in the /root of my primary drive was so I did not have to chase folders to find a file. Also, make sure you check paths for all your images when you move DXBase. I think the mapping is relative, but again can't remember for sure. 73 Eric - VE3GSI ----- Original Message ----- Sent: Friday, February 10, 2012 10:51 AM >A couple of questions.........I set up label files for printing on qsl > cards when I used dxb 2006. > > 1) Are those file compatible with 2007? > > 2) If so, I'd like to copy the files to the appropriate 2007 label > directory.
