Uh, my RAC CD lookup puts in the name, city and state automatically.  Always 
has.  I don't run it from the CD drive though, too slow.  Instead I copy the 
data files to C:\RAC on my hard drive and look it up there - much faster. 
Check the Directories tab and make sure you have checked both boxes for 
"Activate CDROM Interface in QSL info window" and "Auto Screen Lookups".  I 
think the Auto Screen lookups is the one that populates the fields in your 
log.
