Thanks to Joe for his help in getting the DXBase 2007 Utility program running under Windows 7. Joe has some data on his website about a .dll file that Neal left out of the Version 1.09 DXBase 2007 download file. Joe’s cite has the missing file and instructions on downloading it, putting it in the right place and registering the .dll in the Windows 7 system.
