Back on September 29, 2011 you asked this SAME question and you cured it by
setting up the BandpLan correctly ..

That looks like something that the default needs to be changed to "Disabled"
rather than "Radio1"

BE SURE and check how you have your BANDPLAN setup ---- remember that THAT
Bandplan
regulates the Radio1 and Radio 2
