Reading some of the comments by uploading your paper QSL, Assuming that they are in JPG formate then checking the paper cards after you send them is is redundant. Why do the same thing twice? What I mean is if you have to do both. Why not have a choice to do either or. Scanning in cards then to sort the scan then submitting them takes time if your sending JPG, way too much work for me. Easyer to just send in the cards, and do a joint file by checking the box that you want LOtW credit and that your sending in cards with one submission rather than two separate submissions.
Cards not being valid means what? To me it means that the DXCC station that was on the air and sending out cards does not have the proper paper work to obtain credit. I really do not see why the ARRL DXCC desk is even entertaining the bata testing of such a virtual QSL submission thing! Stay on course, fight a good fight, and keep the faith.
