I've done this before, but it's been a long time. I assume I download a QSL ADIF file from LOTW.
I have a huge DXBase log and there are plenty of LOTW confirmations in the log. Not sure when I did the last merge. If I download all LOTW QSL's, what happens to those already confirmed in DXBase?
