I can't answer your question but I have another. I only back-up my log
and refdata. What file has the prefix data in it? I guess I should be
backing that up too?????

Hello All.
I crashed my trusty HP Desktop (I WAS totally backed up - EXCEPT). When
I imported my backup into my temporary replacement from my original 2007
CD, I had 62 Qs that did not transfer due to unrecognized prefixes. 4O,
E5/N and E5/S, E6, E7, FJ, PJ2, PJ4, PJ5, PJ6, PJ7M and Z8 are now
missing.
I had not updated to the 1.09 and 1.10 versions as I was running XP PRO
and had made the prefix changes manually (Thanks Joe WA6AXE). But, I no
longer have the "new country" data to input manually as I thought my
prefix database would also be backed up in refdata. I am now running
VISTA (oh what a POS!) from my daughter's old laptop. But, I DO have the
62 Qs still backed up.
My questions are:
1. Does v 1.10 incorporate the new prefixes? If so, where can I
download v 1.10 (I also lost my archives of DXBase emails which had the
links).
2. OR, does anyone have the manual data (Prefix, Country, LAT, LON,
Deleted, Field Check, Bureau, CQ, ITU, ARRL-ID, Continent and TZDIFF) for
the new prefixes that I can again manually update and re-import my
W5UA.MDB?
I appreciate any and all help.
73 es DX.
