INSIDE of the zip file is a PDF file that will give you Neal's instructions on Win7/Win8 installation.. Follow those instructions. FYI - to run MY exe programs and also to be able to run DXbase2007's COMPACT (DXB Utility) - you will have to ensure that the file DAO350.dll is installed into your win7/win8 's C:\Program Files (X86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO directory.
