What I want is to upload my files to the cloud and then be able to have them downloaded into DXBase I have installed on a second computer.
Such as this scenario: Shut down DXBase on Computer #1 ... files (5 of them) uploaded to the Cloud. Open DXBase on Computer #2 ... have those 5 files put back into their proper places so DXBase works. That should be something a small sub-routine could accomplish. 73, Dick, w1KSZ On Sat, May 17, 2014 at 8:25 AM, Stan <w...@mindspring.com> wrote: > I wrote a batch file that updates DXBase to Dropbox every night at > midnight. > > 73, > Stan W4AG > > -----Original Message----- > From: Dxbase [mailto:dxbase-boun...@mailman.qth.net] On Behalf Of Richard > Solomon > Sent: Friday, May 16, 2014 1:40 PM > To: dxbase@mailman.qth.net > Subject: [Dxbase] Automatic Updates > > Now that we have the "Cloud" and automatic updates (I think), has anyone > configured DXBase to automatically backup files to the "Cloud" and possibly > use it to update other computers that use the same files ?? > > Thanks, Dick, W1KSZ > ______________________________________________________________ > Dxbase mailing list > Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dxbase > Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm > Post: mailto:Dxbase@mailman.qth.net > > This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net > Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html > > ______________________________________________________________ Dxbase mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dxbase Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Dxbase@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
