OK let's try this again

Wes,

What you describe sounds like you simply have a corrupted mdb file (logbook mdb)
-- on both computers --

You can go thru the steps outlined in the HELP FILES under the title of

Database Repair

This is the routine where you will IMPORT your logbook mdb file
into a Virgin MDB File.

I just worked an EA7 on RTTY. When I tried to log him I got errors claiming
missing CQ Zone and ITU Zone. I had to go into the database and map EA7 to EA
to fix it. That was on my shack laptop. When I click on the log entry the
Summary window is populated correctly. However, if I type "EA" in the summary
window box, nothing is populated.

For record keeping, QSLing, etc I use a second (desktop) computer in my office
and import new QSOs via an .adi file. Importing this EA7 contact fills the log
okay, but if I try to log a dummy EA7 QSO I get the same Zone errors. Likewise,
the summary window behaves the same as the log on the other computer.

What does DXBase have against Spain?

Wes N7WS

ps. EA0, EA6, EA8 and EA9 work as expected.
