That refdata.mdb is over 2 years old...it is Sept 14, 2012.  I wouldn't use it.

I could post my refdata.mdb which is likely up to date.  However there no 
perfect refdata file, each of is is likely to have different individual calls 
often corresponding to specific stations we have worked.  Maybe Joe, WA6AXE, 
will give us his recommendation as to if the existing old version should be 
replaced with Joe's likely up to date file.  Otherwise i can post mine.
