I am downloading the KB3000850 right now - finally it is downloading nicely for my test.
My Winhlp32.exe right now (during the downloading) is ALL OK with Winhlp32.exe at 279KB.. Will see what happens once the downloading of KB3000850 finishes and I can see what happens and reboot the machine .. Downloading of the KB3000850 took 43 minutes.. System is now INSTALLING the update... Installing complete -- RESTARTING computer now! YEP!! SURE ENOUGH - once reboot - looked at the Windows directory and my Winhlp32.exe is now showing 10/28/2014 and only 10KB .... Going now to remove KB3000850 and bring back Winhlp32.exe ..
