Can someone tell me how to make the DxBase internal keyer to work? I am running Dxbase 2007 on a Win8 operating system and have a RS232 serial port available as COM4 for CW keyer output. ( 9 pin plug) I have run the dxbdvr.exe program but are not sure how to set up the port addresses. Also Win 8 is not in the list of operating systems.
