DX Base works perfectly fine here with monitor 2 as the default startup monitor.
Windows 10 Pro, 3 monitors.
I tested, and I can have it default to either 1 or 3 also if I wish.

I'm pretty sure this has come up before and DXbase will only "work" on
the main monitor
Not that I have ever trued, I like radios in my shack not screens :-)
