Thanks all for your comments! I appreciate the info. I too have been a long
time DXBase user and have greatly appreciated Joe's help and service.

Not sure what I'll change to, but will definitely check out Logger32 and HRD. I
already have a HRD license but haven't done anything with the Log

portion.

program

Rod,

I reluctantly made the decision to move on from DXBase 10 years ago!
However, I still watch this reflector and am seriously indebted to Joe,
WA6AXE, for his fantastic help in the past. He has become the "heart
and soul" of DXBase.

When I decided to leave DXBase (after religiously buying the new version
every year at the Dayton Hamvention since the early DOS days), I looked
at all the major logging programs which were available at that time to
find a replacement for DXBase. In the end I chose to go with Logger32
(http://logger32.net/) and have been extremely pleased with it for 10
Logger32<http://logger32.net/>

Introduction. Welcome to Logger32, a 32-bit Amateur Radio logging program
written by Bob Furzer, K4CY. Bob is also the author of Zakanaka, and an older
16-bit version of Logger.

years now. Updates to the program come pretty much every week and it
performs (in my opinion) flawlessly! I am VERY pleased with Logger32
and no longer miss DXBase.
