Dear Nihal from my previous 13 yrs blood sugar experience that if you don't have yr insulin doses, then you'll face a severe blood sugar increase after a period ranging from 8 - 12 hrs depending on the person activity (i-e: if you do more effort, then this period will be longer), after that you'll feel unable to breath, you'll sense yr heart beats decresing, then you may face a coma.
