Dear all, I shall make a center for diabetic foot care in cairo / Egypt. I
shall adapt the international guidelines for treatment and prevention for
all diabetic patients with foot complications. I shall also print flyers and
brochures about prevention.
The service should include vascular examination, neurologic, and
phthalmologic for early detection of diabetes complications, it also include
managment and treatment all kind of ulcers and wounds of feet with or
without vascular problems, and of course all with collaboration with
diabetologist to contro diabetes in the same time.
Do You have any suggestions to provide a better service, do you have ideas
about patient needs that i can add in our service?
Of course, i shall publish all the data for free on the site so that u can
share and distribute freely to all diabetes people and help to prevent its
complications
