Hello all, I am an American moving to Alex in July. I just completed Retina Surgery for a de-tached retina due to diabetes. Can anyone recommend a Retina specialist in Alexandria for follow-ups and check -ups? Has anyone heard of a Dr. Mounir A. Khalifa in Alex at Tanta University? I found the International Medical Center in Cairo online. Is that a good place?
