i just have one comment on this email n i hope it would be useful. u told her 
to eat food containing fats like chocolate n stuff, but this is wrong when u 
are a type one diabetic. It is also extremely imp to exercise even if u wanna 
gain weight !!!! and that what makes gaining weight so hard in our casebut 4 
sure ur advice about pushing urself to eating is very effective, coz i believe 
it comes by practice...after awhile ur stomach will get bigger.i think u should 
consult ur doctor and make him/her give u a certain system of eating and the 
kinds of food u should eat in ur case. Bythe way, i was extremely thin b4 being 
a diabetic ( i used 2 be 36 kg. but i managed 2 gain 10 kg e7ll ) this is only 
by eating in fixed times and sticking to healthy food  (but sure after awhile 
and not suddenly). u also should put a target that u wanna reach and take all 
the time u need, there's no rush . Or u know what??? try 2 increase the amount 
of food u eat and never skip

hi ..how r ya? believe me this is tha first time to see ur msge..
about the problem in gaining weight..(by the way i`ve just finished ma medical 
college)..so about this subject..gaining weight has some rules..
1-u must have good appetite..and strong will..as u need it to continue eat even 
if u had a stomach ache..ok
2-do less work and sleep or relax after each big meal..like having dinner and 
sleep after that..and the same 4 lunch..
3- concentrat on carbohydrates and fats.. like chocolate..( Mahshi).. rice..and 
stuff like that and of course don`t ignore vitamins and protiens..but make the 
amount of fats and carbohydrates bigger.
4-i have a method to increase stomach capacity and i use it if i wanna gain 
weight.. it is to drink large amounts of water at once..(water is the best 
thing to stretch stomach and increase the capacity).
5-try to eat and not conentrate on the act of eating..like eating in front of 
tv. or movie., or while talking with someone in some subjects..so ur brain will 
ignore the signals of stomach when it stretch..u with me??
hope after u do this stuff u gain weight..
tell me if it worked..w tmneny..
it worked 4 me..hope 4 ya..
