I think you did not get what I am saying. I said that changing the encoding
from Internet Explorer or any other browser WILL NOT WORK :-))
In Yahoo Mail you have to change it from Yahoo Mail itself where there is an
option at the bottom right of every e-mail message page.
That is shown in the image I have sent before.
Please try and tell me what happens.
Meanwhile.. If the problem persists I suggest you try reading the messages from
the dyca-eg group home page at >> http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dyca-eg

Actually I tried all the Arabic encoding and the UTF as well and it does not
work......I tried it in 2 Internet browsers,i.e, Explorer and Firefox, and the
same problem exists. I really can not get the precious Information delivered by
the group.

The message encoding solution for Yahoo e-mail is available and is being noted
to all members every month.
All you need to do when opening an e-mail message on Yahoo Mail is to check the
bottom right corner of your e-mail message page. You will find a small option
menu for message encoding.
You will find .. > Middle East .. under which you will find all the available
arabic Encoding options ... try each untill you can see the message properly.
Note: that changing the encoding from windows menu will not work.
