[Dynapi-Dev] buttonimage.js and example and artwork for SVC

I posted this to patches also, but here I added an example (for SVC) with 2
pieces of art you can throw into the 'images/common' fileso it becomes a
standard part of debugging.  Changing 'w' and 'h' to 'width' and 'height'
fixed half the problems.  Mouseover still doesn't invoke an image change.
