Make sure that ssh is in your path. Try typing ssh from Start|Run and
see if a dos box will open. If not, ssh.exe is not in your path.
Also, make sure you have checked "Check for alternate rsh name" under
Admin|Preferences|Ports. The value for that textbox should be "ssh".
