        This one could be solved:

 2) you need tests for all specific API calls and screenshots of
        what must be (see Pascal page).
 1) you need definite group of people , who will run this 
        tests on all possible architectures Arch/OS/brows.
        And they must notify all if they do not like to make tests
        any more.

        This must be mirrored as "change to API"
  in some TXT file with list of all object/methods.
        CVS will make all work to keep who change what.

        Idea of API chage must be approved by developers here in list.
