Yes I believe support for Opera could definately be worked into DynAPI. It's got full
CSS1, and mostly complete DOM1 support. As far as I know you cannot create new
elements on the fly but everything else should work. So it should be possible to
create all the widgets in Opera if we change to allow the insertion of widgets before
onLoad.
