I think that should mean that until 1/25/2000 Robert is the only one editing
stuff in CVS, so hold all new ideas and stuff local and or post patches in
this list so Robert can fix them.

Unless we can branch of or something in CVS without making things to
complicated.

This should make sure that no strange fixes are included that might brake
other stuff.. one person should be able to controll it better.
