If anybody could explain me how thread works then I'd be glad to modify the
opacity extension. I had a quick look at the code, but I don't understand
how to hook it up with my code. (I was hoping that having a look at
DynLayer.slideTo would have cleared this up for me, but I see that it's been
changed and now uses the path extension)
