Hi,
I have glanced through the Dynapi code and realized that deleted layers are
seldom recycled. I guess this is because when creating a new Layer in Netscape
4x, an initial width has to be specified to ensure proper wrapping of text.
Thus, a deleted layer can only be recycled if the new layer to be created intend
to have the same initial width. Please correct me if I am wrong.
