[Dynapi-Dev] Help With Understanding Events Code

What is this line do?
var src=realsrc.lyrobj||this.lyrobj;
(in events.js). Isn't this trying to find the correct DynLayer Obj. Isn't
that where the event will be set. Is there another way to do this?
