I don't think so.
Personnaly, if I'm going to have that much trouble with NS scroll bars, I
just turn off scroll bars all-together and use a dynapi scroll widget..
On that note:
Has anyone actually documented the use of precreation?
I would like to update the Scroll widget (right now it's "cludged" into
behaving).
