Summary: nested layers in NN4.75
Details: I'v got troubles using multiple nested DynLayers in NN4.75. I am
making somethind like a dragable resizeable window with scrollbars,
close/minimalize buttons and rounded corners. It's strange that most times
the buttons, corners and scrollbar don't appear, but after a few reloads
it's all displayed correctly.
Can somebody help me? (I'm using DynAPI 2000-11-05)

Not sure this is a bug, but you definately want to upgrade to the latest
version. Also, you may want to try posting your code in the dynapi-help
list so you can receive a better response.
