Nothing major.
Just fixed it so that, if auto knob sizing is
enabled,
and there is NO scrol move ment (layer is same size
as scroll bar)
then the scroll bars will appear
disabled, much like in IE.
See it to understand..
I'm very tired right now and probably not making
too much sense.
