Summary: Events in Images (IE 5.5)
Initial Comment:
Using the dynapi_2001_02_24 snapshot, events in layers
in IE 5.5 do not appear to be fired.
For example, in the dynapi.gui.button.html example,
the onmousedown events fail to fire when doing a
mousedown on the image part of a button.
