Hi, I tested with what I had handy, I also noticed that moving the mouse
over the window during testing influenced the timing:
on WinME
IE5.5
1ms 52ms mousemove: 30ms
75ms 110ms 99ms
85ms 111ms 111ms
NS6
1ms 51ms mousemove: 15ms
75ms 75ms 75ms
85ms 85ms 85ms
Opera5
1ms 55ms mousemove: 55ms
75ms 75ms 75ms
85ms 85ms 85ms
So it seems the mouse movement has lots of influence on values under 55ms,
less above that.
That would encourage using 55ms as a minimum setting I guess.
