This only frees the element. And not in children. What you have to do is the
following:
add these lines under the (is.def) in the deleteElement func. Remove the
current line with (is.ie and is.win32).
Then after you create a layer and then delete it call
deleteElement and then "delete mylayer" (where mylayer is the name of your
layer). If you want I can post a version of DynLayer that implements this.
