[Dynapi-Dev] Access Violations in IE5

I don't know why none of you have experienced this but I keep coming upon
access violations in IE5.(Make sure you are testing 5 not 5.01 or 5.5).
This time I tried adding the splice code to the beginning of dynapi.js
Suddenly no page can open.

Huh??
