There might be a way to use CVS to automatically insert or remove the
Debug information from a specific tree. I think we did something like
this on the Crystal Space project (for awhile). Apparently when you
check in a file in CVS, certain macros can be executed on it, replace
tokens, or doing other things.

I second that..
The problem will be keeping the 'debug' version synced with the dev
version..

I suppose I could write a quik util the add said statements to each
function
(mmm.. brace counting.. whoo-hoo)

I'm still tracking a bug that will keep most the Mac compatability in
the Yellow or Orange section. Specifically, after applying my fix, the
label now shows, but has top and left padding, before the inner table is
written. Also, for each line the 'wraps' in the table, a space (line) is
added at the top of the div. So if you have a label, that wraps 15times,
your dive is about 30 lines tall, the first 15 being blank spaces. Turn
on table borders, and you see a scare sight.

I have no idea what is causing this bug, but if i somehow manage to
figure it out, you all will be the first i notify.

BTW, the console.js is a great help, and i wish i had thought about it
last year when I was doing alot of DynAPI work. But... I wish we could
add more debug support. Maybe have 'debug' releases of DynAPI, where
every function spits out a "BEGIN function()" and "END function()" but
properly indents if recursion exist. This would help alot in tracking
down what event is triggering what functions and when.

Based on the recent rash of NS6 and Mac IE5 patches we should intergrate
them and run a updated version of the Compatability Chart.

The Mac getHeight() fix should make for a good amount of new green on
the
Mac side.
