totally agree.. but seeing the changes dynapi has undergone, I personally
started getting tiered of redoing the widgets again and again.. It's pretty
stable the way widgets can be done now, so no problems anymore. Eventually
widgets should get more attention. (just finished a VERY cool menu widget,
almost
done, and it is like none of the other widgets.. so I might start doing
widgets
again :)

There have been many ideas about this in the past, sadly it's hard to set
this up, maybe richard is the one that can take care of this in some form..

also many discussions about this one.. there will be a basic set of widgets
(buttons, toolbars, menus, etc..) and the rest can be supplied as
widget-packs
of some sort.. basically, we need(ed) someone to stand up and collect
widgets.. leading
me back to Richard :)

For some obvious reasons (at least at the time of writing) I made the
comments
that (old dynapi) widgets are not availabe yet, but will eventually be
created in time..
nothing counter productive about it, you can simply say: He! let me recreate
them!

Currently the DynAPI already contains ALOT of files, this could already
scare people, maybe
not everyone (mainly the tech-heads) but for other people (non-tech heads
:) it just can be
a bit to much having so many files, while all you want to do is use a cool
navigation menu.

So my idea would still be to make widget packs available, but not part of
the distribution.

might have something to do with geoc. remaking the onload function..

we're already there.. browser developers aren't :)
