you'll see that in my FileIO local file code, I use AxtiveX for IE. I've have
found no way of doing URL downloading from ActiveX without the use of server
side ASP code.
As someone who has gone to great lengths to limit my exposure to crappy
programming languages, I have NO asp experience and don't won't to force it's
use as the only method of server communication.
BTW: As of NS6, java is a separate download of about 6MB. Just thought you may
won't to know that.
