Yes, I thought of that. I will do that asap at the top of the file.
Examples however, will be "inline" the comment.

Yes, I thought of that too, that's why I added dependencies in the comment.
Note that most of the stuff is juste replacement for things that SHOULD
been have insie Micro$oft's Javascript implementation, thus making code
REALLY cross-browser.
I think that there is some discussion needed to define what should reaaly
be added to the file, and what is "optional"
