Hello:
I would like to be able to draw a layer by dragging the mouse. As soon as I
do a mousedown and start to drag, the layer would start to be drawn. Once
the mouseup occurs the layer is drawn. Essentially I would like to create a
zoom-in box for a geographic map. The user would draw a box in an area they
would like to zoom in on.
Does anyone have an example?
