[Dynapi-Dev] loadpanel.setURL does not work for external URLs

IE5, Win2k   setting to files like 'foobar.html'  works fine, but when I try loadPanel.setURL('http://www.yahoo.com') I get an 'access denied' error.   What gives?  Is this the way IE is supposed to behave???     Thanks for any info   Chris Shreve
