Hmm.  Whenever I want to use frames, I just assign a new DynDocument to
manage the frame.  I've done this with pop-up windows, too.  I've used the
DynAPI like this to create DynLayers in frames that have /no/ HTML or JS in
them. to begin with.  The document inside the frames/pop-ups don't have to
call any methods.

Maybe I'm not understanding the difference?
