As you can see in my last post I think a lot of the DOM. But this is about
the idea I had earlier this week.

I think we should make the separation between our JS objects and the actual
browser elements. I think if we do or don't implement my DOM idea. We should
add a disabled mode to the DynLayer object. When a DynLayer is disabled it
returns the actual element to a pool and any layer that is enabled (being
created or calling enableLayer(anybody have a better name) it will check if
there are any layers in the pool and if there aren't it will create a new
one.
